Dr. Ben Sevlie
Dr. Ben Sevlie grew up in Red Wing, Minnesota as the son of a chiropractor and has been fortunate enough to receive chiropractic care since birth. After graduating Dr. Sevlie went on to play collegiate basketball at a technical college in Minnesota. During this time he decided he wanted to pursue being a chiropractor. He later moved on to Northwestern Health Science University where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Upon graduation he and his wife moved down to the sunny state of FL and spent some time traveling together. This is when they decided that they would make Minnesota their home.
Dr. Sevlie is one of seven children, so family is very important to him and a large part of his life. With every free moment that he has he can be found playing beach volleyball, Olympic weight–lifting, serving at River Valley Church and spending time with his beautiful wife, Laci and their three children, Brooklyn, Liberty and Zion. Dr. Sevlie is passionate about chiropractic as he has seen the impact that it has had on his own life and the people he has worked with. He now is very eager and excited to educate and inform the communities of Apple Valley, Farmington, Lakeville and Rosemount about living life to its fullest potential!
Emma grew up in South Minneapolis, near Lake Nokomis with her three brothers. After high school, she moved to Duluth where she attended University of Minnesota and studied Psychology and Biology. Working with families and kids has always been at the center of whatever she does along with health and wellness.
In 2018, Emma and her husband Ted moved from Lino Lakes to Lakeville. Her desire to support families in their health and wellness journey led her to Apex Chiropractic. She was already a firm believer in chiropractic care, but it wasn’t until she experienced Torque Release Technique that she realized how much of an impact consistent, neurological based, chiropractic care could make. She no longer suffers from sciatic nerve pain, fatigue or difficulties sleeping! Emma enjoys putting her creativity to work with a collaborative team while also supporting practice members on their health journey.
When she’s not in the office, she enjoys crafting, Pilates, reading and spending time with family. Emma and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. They have two dogs, a cat and are now expecting their first baby, July 2021!
